If something we have published concerns you, whether it is a question of fairness, tone, or treatment, we want to hear it. Complaints are read by the publication and taken seriously.

How to complain

Write to us through the contact page, topic General. Include the article, the passage your complaint concerns, and what you believe is wrong. The more specific the complaint, the faster we can check it.

What happens next

The Editorial Team checks every report. If the complaint identifies a factual error, it is handled under the corrections policy: the error is fixed in the open, as a dated note on the article itself, never as a silent rewrite. If we conclude the coverage was fair as published, we say so and explain why.
